MSP stands for Managed Service Provider, which is an IT company that takes a more holistic approach in servicing your technology.  SYSTEMSEVEN provides Managed IT Services that encompasses a whole bunch.

The break/fix approach to IT is a pay-as-you-go model for support. In this scenario, you get help only when something breaks, and you are charged just for that work as it’s done. It might feel like it’s hard to get someone to come onsite and you might feel like the service is a little nickel-y and dime-y (are those real words?) Alternatively, Managed IT Services like SYSTEMSEVEN’s LimITless Managed IT is a more proactive and holistic approach. The services are geared towards overseeing the entire IT environment of your company. Instead of waiting for issues and problems to pop up, a Managed Service Provider will proactively monitor your systems, networks, software, and security. Remote maintenance and updates will be scheduled and completed on a normal schedule to keep everything running smoothly before problems arise.

We don’t think you always have to choose between one or the other. Many times, it makes sense to have your on-staff IT person work hand in hand with us. Typically, we find that you can bring in our LimITless Managed IT Service at a lower cost than a full-time employee. This isn’t true for every situation, so some details will be needed before we guarantee this to you. The real difference you’ll see hiring SYSTEMSEVEN is that you’re hiring an entire IT organization with 20 years of experience, multiple areas of expertise, and fully developed processes, training, and software stacks. In fact, we work very well with IT folks who are drowning in too much work and too much to technology to keep track of. We’ll turn your current IT staff into superstars and give them days off with their family!

While we might be a little biased, we do believe that you are better served by having your IT service provider down the street from you. Having someone that your employees know by sight and name, come onsite to fix a problem quickly… That’s priceless. There are differences between every IT company. So, it’s important for you to list out your biggest pain points and wants when vetting a new IT company. We’re willing to bet you can find a great local IT option to meet your needs. In fact, we know a good IT company…

The short answer is yes. Outside of our LimITless Managed IT, which includes all your phone, internet, networking, IT, and cybersecurity services, SYSTEMSEVEN does offer Select Services, which is a bundled approach to your office communications. We are a phone service provider and an internet provider. We can also bundle managed networking services (Firewall, Switch, WiFi) and Microsoft 365 services to save you time and money. Having one bill to pay and one number to call in a crunch is always a better option.

While we can provide services all over the world, we currently focus on providing services to businesses based in the state of Texas. Our business centers are the major metro areas:

  • Corpus Christi

  • San Antonio

Each situation ends up being a little different based on your bundle of services, so this isn’t as straight forward of an answer as you’re probably looking for. But we don’ t mind telling you that if we can’t prove how we’re going to save you money by having our service, we don’t expect you to partner with us. Will this take a conversation to figure out? Yeah. But, we’ll bring cookies with us.

We do work very hard to keep your billing very easy to understand. Our goal is to have as few billable line items on your invoice as possible. For Select Services, you will pay for each managed service with a single billable line item. Our LimITless Managed IT Service is billed per location, device, and user. We average five total line items on our LimITless Managed IT invoices (not counting the government taxes and surcharges). How many line items are currently on your invoices – 30, 50?

But we don’t mind helping you figure it out regardless. A lot of the time it’s going to be easier to have a quick discussion to see if we’re a good fit for you.
